JIADA, is responsible for the development of industrial areas in the State of Jharkhand. The administrative set up consists of a Head Office located at Ranchi and is supported by regional offices at Adityapur, Bokaro, Ranchi and Dumka. JIADA was established under the BIADA Act, 1974, to develop industrial areas and promote industries. JIADA develops government-allocated land, providing infrastructure, sheds, and plots for investors. JIADA focuses on land acquisition and infrastructure development, aiming to promote small, medium, and large-scale industries for inclusive socio-economic growth in Jharkhand
